Together I'll look at your home through a buyer's eyes - let's start at the curb appeal of the home and move on to the inside. Can some cosmetic improvements and  furniture placement add to the appeal and dollar value?

I recommend having a professional home inspection done before the home goes on the market; you'll save money by having the repairs completed (buyers typically ask for more expensive replacement rather than simple repairs) and it is an assurance to the buyer that the home is in good condition.

Selling a home is a time-consuming process; my marketing campaign is ongoing, providing a database of prospective buyers for your home. Better marketing means a quicker sale.

Another way I can save you time is to separate the lookers from the buyers.
